Bulk edit, create, and delete bundles in Simple Bundles 2.0
You can manage your bundles just like any other product in your Shopify store. Whether you need to edit, create, delete, or duplicate bundles, Simple Bundles gives you several tools to streamline your workflow directly from Shopify and the app dashboard.
Editing bundles in bulk via Shopify
The Shopify product list lets you filter and bulk edit products using built-in actions such as edit, add, and delete.
To bulk edit bundles in Shopify:
- Go to your Shopify Admin and navigate to Products
- Filter or search for your bundle products
- Select the bundles you want to edit
- Click Bulk edit
Note that only certain bundle properties can be edited through the Shopify bulk editor. For more advanced edits, such as updating component products, quantities, or pricing, use the bulk import feature instead.

Editing a single bundle from Shopify
To edit a bundle directly in Simple Bundles from Shopify:
- Go to the bundle product page in your Shopify Admin
- Click More actions
- Select Edit bundle in Simple Bundles
This will take you directly to the bundle's configuration page in the app.
Bulk deleting items from fixed bundles using a CSV file
You can also bulk delete child items from parent bundles using the import and export features with a CSV file. This is useful when you need to remove components from multiple bundles at once without editing each one individually.
Duplicating a bundle
Duplicating an existing bundle is a quick way to create a new bundle based on an existing setup. Useful when you want to create a variation of a bundle without starting from scratch.
To duplicate a bundle:
- Open the bundle you want to duplicate in the Simple Bundles app
- Click the Duplicate button at the top of the bundle page
- A copy of the bundle will be created with all the same components and settings
- Open the duplicated bundle and make any changes you need, such as updating the product name, price, or components
- Click Save once you're done
💡 Tip: Duplicating is especially handy when creating seasonal variations of a bundle or testing a new component configuration without affecting your live bundle.
Sorting and filtering bundles
Note: These features are currently available only in Simple Bundles 2.0 and only for stores with fewer than 1,000 bundles.
You can now search, filter, and sort your bundles directly from the Dashboard in Simple Bundles 2.0. The new controls are available in the top corner of the bundles table.
With these tools, you can:
- Search for bundles by name using the search bar
- Filter bundles by status (such as Active or Draft) and by whether inventory is managed
- Sort your bundles using the new sort options to organize and review them more efficiently
These features make it easier to quickly locate, review, and manage bundles right from the main bundles table.
