A scheduled database maintenance window will occur on Sunday June 30, from 4:00 AM to 5:00 AM EST (8 AM to 9 AM UTC). During this period, our team will perform essential updates to ensure the continued reliability and performance of our services.

Please be aware of the following impacts during the maintenance window:

• Order processing and fulfillment: There may be delays in order processing and fulfillment workflows, particularly with Simple Bundles V1.0. 

• Bundle processing: Simple Bundles V1.0 bundle breakdowns can experience a delay of up to one hour during this window. However, Simple Bundles V2.0 bundle breakdowns will not be affected.
• App accessibility: The app will not be accessible for at least 30 minutes. After this period, the app will synchronize with Shopify's data and be up to date following Shopify's webhook retries.
• Checkout and selling of bundles: There will be no impact on the checkout process or the selling of bundles during this maintenance period.

We selected this time based on historical data, which indicates that this is the period of least traffic for orders being placed to minimize impact on your operations.
