Simple Bundles pricing plan
Simple Bundles pricing is based on two factors:
- Your Shopify plan (Basic, Grow, Advanced, Plus)
- Your store’s average monthly order volume
Free plan
All stores can be on the free plan. The free plan includes:
- Up to 3 bundles
- Up to 50 average monthly store orders
Paid plans
Simple Bundles has pricing tiers based on your Shopify plan. Within each Shopify plan, there are sub-tiers based on your store’s average monthly order volume.
Order limits are based on all store orders, not just bundle orders.

Why does the app show a different price than the App Store?
The $14 price on the Shopify App Store is the starting price for stores on the Shopify Basic plan. The price you see in the app can be different because your plan is based on two things: your Shopify plan and your store's average monthly order volume.
- Your Shopify plan sets the starting price. Basic starts at $14 a month, Grow at $39, Advanced at $79, and Plus at $149. For example, if your store is on the Grow plan, the lowest paid plan available to you is $39 a month, not $14.
- Your order volume sets the tier within your Shopify plan. For example, a Basic store with more than 100 average monthly orders is placed on Basic 100+ at $24 a month.
- All store orders count, not only bundle orders. This includes orders placed through Shopify POS (in-store orders) and orders that do not contain a bundle.
- The free plan has its own limits. You can use up to 3 bundles and up to 50 average monthly orders. Any store can use it.

Does the order limit count store orders or just bundle orders?
Your order limit counts all orders placed through your store, not just orders that include a bundle. Simple Bundles runs on the backend and needs to review every incoming order to determine whether it includes bundle products, bundle components, inventory updates, or other order changes that affect how bundles are processed.
What happens if I exceed my plan's order limit?
Nothing happens to your bundles if you go over your plan's order limit. Your bundles will keep working and processing orders normally; they will not be shut off or interrupted.
Order volume isn't checked in real time against your plan. Instead, it's reassessed once a year (see "How annual pricing reassessment works" below). If your average monthly order volume has grown enough to put you in a higher tier at that yearly reassessment, you'll be moved to the plan that matches your new volume after the annual reassessment. Short-term spikes, seasonal sales, or a busy month won't trigger a plan change on their own.
How annual pricing reassessment works
To keep pricing predictable, we do not change your Simple Bundles plan every time your order volume changes. Instead, your order volume is reassessed annually. This helps keep your subscription stable throughout the year and avoids plan changes caused by short-term spikes, seasonal sales, or temporary changes in order volume.
Annual plans
You can choose annual billing to receive a 17% discount, which is equivalent to 2 months free.
Multi-store discounts
Multi-store discounts are available for merchants with more than one store.
To request a multi-store discount, contact our support team and let us know which stores you’re using Simple Bundles on. Our team can review your stores and apply the discount if eligible.
Discounts on other Freshly Commerce apps
Merchants on a paid Simple Bundles plan can contact our support team to receive 30% off other apps in the Freshly Commerce app suite, including:
- Simple Discounts
- Freshly Batch Inventory
This discount is only available to merchants who are already subscribed to a paid Simple Bundles plan.
Grandfathered plans: If you were already subscribed to a paid Simple Bundles plan before this pricing structure was introduced, you can keep your current locked-in price. However, if you downgrade from your grandfathered paid plan and later upgrade again, you will lose your locked-in grandfathered price. Your store will then move to the current pricing structure.
