Selling products exclusively through bundles on Simple Bundles v1.0 and v2.0

Follow the steps below if you want to make products available only through a bundle.

After you have added an "active" product in Shopify to a bundle in the Simple Bundles app, go to the product settings page in Shopify by clicking on the product link under Products.

Click on Status and set the product as Draft.

You can leave the Online Store channel enabled as this will ensure correct performance when the bundle is added to the cart. For more information, please read Possible reasons why the bundle does not break down when checking out and how to solve them.

Another option is to use Shopify's unlisted product status. Follow the steps below:

1. Open the product in your Shopify admin.
2. Under Publishing, change the product status to Unlisted.

Unlisted products are hidden from search and collections, but can still be accessed directly via URL, a useful option for bundle-only items or free gifts.
